Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tasklify application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services) and are not barred from using our services under applicable law.

2. Description of Service

Tasklify is a task management application that helps users organize, track, and optimize their tasks through various features, including AI-powered recommendations, notes, and analytics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any service, feature, or content within it at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• Restricting access to your device and account
• All activities that occur under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Subscription Terms

Tasklify offers both free and premium (paid) versions with different features and limitations.

Free Version: The basic features of Tasklify are available for free. These features may have usage limitations.

Premium Version: Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscription prices and terms are displayed before you complete the purchase. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings.

Refund Policy: Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store according to their policies. We cannot process refunds directly.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User Content
• Your User Content does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violating or infringing other people's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other types of malicious code
• Interfering with or disrupting the App or servers or networks connected to the App
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or hack the App
• Creating multiple accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes
• Accessing the App by any means other than through the interface provided by Appify Labs

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Appify Labs and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Jordan and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and visual elements may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Appify Labs.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. APPIFY LABS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

APPIFY LABS MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:

• THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL APPIFY LABS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

IN ANY EVENT, APPIFY LABS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE APP DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or delete your account through the App settings.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
