Tasklify Support Center

To create a new task in Tasklify:

1. Tap the "+" button in the bottom right corner of the main dashboard
2. Enter your task title and any additional details
3. Select a category (optional)
4. Set a due date and priority level if needed
5. Tap "Save" to create your task

You can also use the quick-add feature by long-pressing the "+" button and speaking your task.

Yes! Tasklify is designed to work seamlessly offline. While offline, you can:

• Create, edit and complete tasks
• View your existing tasks and notes
• Use basic AI features that don't require server connection

When you reconnect to the internet, any changes you've made will automatically sync to your account.

AI-Notes in Tasklify analyze your tasks and provide intelligent insights:

• The AI studies your task patterns and completion rates
• Based on this analysis, it generates personalized notes to help you be more productive
• You can find AI-Notes in the "Insights" tab and attached to relevant tasks
• The longer you use Tasklify, the more personalized your AI-Notes become

To get the most from AI-Notes, regularly complete tasks and engage with the suggestions.

Yes, Tasklify allows you to export your tasks in several formats:

1. Go to Settings > Data
2. Select "Export Tasks"
3. Choose your preferred format (CSV, PDF, or plain text)
4. Choose which tasks to include (all, active, completed)
5. Tap "Export" and select where to save or share the file

If Tasklify won't launch or keeps crashing, try these steps:

1. Force close the app and restart it
2. Restart your device
3. Check for app updates in the App Store
4. Ensure your iOS is updated to the latest version
5. If problems persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling Tasklify (your data is backed up to your account)
